I find quantum physics/mechanics absolutely fascinating and mesmerizing. The idea that our senses/brain only capture a certain aspect of the universe but that there is much more going on that we can register is hauntingly beautiful. Stephen Hawking is due to release a collection of the most vital papers on quantum physics and the paradigm shift they created in a single book to be published by Running Press around September.
